Each quarter, we use a curated set of leadership books and take deep dives into selected chapters that help physician leaders build awareness, choose new actions, and practice real leadership skills with guided support.
Who This Is For
This founding cohort is for physicians who lead teams, programs, divisions, initiatives, trainees, culture, or change while continuing to navigate the complexity of clinical work.
